I attended the
B.H.S North & Yorkshire Region Continued Professional Development
Day @ Askham Bryan College, York.
An amazing educational day
which I thoroughly enjoyed.

The morning consisted of a lecture regarding the latest research
in Sport & Exercise Biomechanics with Dr.Sarah.J.Hobbs (equine
science)

The Afternoon was in the indoor school with a lecture / lesson
with Patrick Print FBHS (chairman of the BHS) Exercises to
improve confidence in Horse & Rider over fences.
I would like to thank Wendy
suddes for providing another excellent day which has given me so
much incentive & enthusiasm.
